Join us for the first public presentations of Learning to Love the Dandelions: Resilience in Life & Leadership, a story-driven, research-informed experience for women navigating the realities of leadership, caregiving, career transitions, health challenges, reinvention, and the many unexpected “dandelions” life brings.

This program invites women to rethink resilience not as perfection or endless endurance, but as the ability to adapt with courage, flexibility, self-compassion, and support through life’s hardest seasons.

Registration

Registration is $25 per person for either event. Ten dollars from every registration will be donated to a women’s impact charity, making each gathering an opportunity not only to invest in your own resilience, but also to support women in the broader community.

What to expect

In this presentation, attendees will experience:

• Honest personal storytelling rooted in real-life resilience.
• Research-based insights on psychological resilience, adaptive coping, and leadership.
• Reflection on how women navigate challenge, identity shifts, caregiving, health concerns, work transitions, and discrimination.
• Practical encouragement for leading with authenticity, courage, and grace.

Participants will leave with a more compassionate understanding of resilience, greater recognition of their own strength, and practical ideas they can use in both life and leadership.
